Weekday Lessons
*Lesson tuition is a flat rate each month, regardless of missed lessons, cancellations, or vacations by the student.
*lesson tuition is due prior to the first lesson of the month, to reserve weekly lesson time.
*All make-up lessons for cancellations (regardless of notice) will be made up only on the 5th week of the month.
*All students are given three, 5th week make-up lesson days each year. 5th week make-up lessons will be credited in months that
have a teacher cancellation or scheduled vacation day (except for August break).
*At least 2 weeks notice for withdrawal must be made prior to the first lesson of the next month.
*Student cancellations and mid-month lesson withdrawals will not be refunded.
*The teacher reserves the right to move or change lesson times and schedules at any time.
*The teacher reserves the right to remove students from the schedule.
*Two weeks notice will be given for any schedule changes.
*The teacher will teach on National and Religious holidays, school vacations and snow days, unless notified otherwise.
*Lesson Tuition does not include lesson materials (books, reeds, etc.), or any service fees deemed necessary by the teacher for time incurred for lesson time changes, travel expenses, lost time, etc.
*Refunds/Reschedules will not be given for lessons missed by the student.
*Tuition rates may change at any time.
Saturday Lessons
*Tuition is calculated and collected at the beginning of the month based on the number of available weeks in the month for the student and teacher.
*The 5th week make-up system does not apply to Saturday lessons.
*The teacher will not refund funds for lessons that are missed without prior cancellation notification.
The student & family agrees to all terms and conditions stated above when signing up for lessons.
